Hunt Hot Springs – California

Out in the Cascade Mountains lies a hidden gem of California known as Hunt Hot Springs. Situated alongside Kosh creek, there are several primitive natural warm pools for you to enjoy. It does require a bit of hiking, but well worth the adventure if you want to be alone with mother nature as you release all stress from your body. There aren’t many places like Hunt Hot Springs left where it’s still untouched by man.

There are four main tub areas for you to soak in. The hottest is where the mineral waters boil up from and averages around 117 degrees. The second is the tub where the first pool runs into and averages around 105. The third pool is down on Kosh creek and is the coolest at 100 degrees. The last one is a little harder to see as it’s built right into mother nature and keeps a temperature of 102. Whichever you choose, the scenic views of the wilderness and flowing waters makes this one of the best hot springs in California.
