Alberta is known for having some of the best campsites in Canada. One such campground is Red Lodge. It’s on the smaller side compared to most, but has all the breath taking views you could want. The best part of the campground is it sits along the Little Red Deer River giving fisherman prime spots to catch Trout, Burbot, or Whitefish.
There are 41 total campsites available for either RV or tent camping. With forests all around you can also get some seclusion from nearby campers, while still taking in the views of the mountains. Some of the campsites do offer power for RVs so make sure you get their early to claim a spot. Red Lodge Campground can fill up rather quickly in the summer months.
